GELATO - AN OVERVIEW

I have created The fundamental recipe but have included dry figs (simmered in drinking water for twenty mins to melt and then blitzed in foodstuff processor) and honey to the combo just before putting inside the icecream maker. Came out good. Intending to try out a passionfruit 1 up coming.I made a number of alterations because my son are not able
